NestKeep Privacy Policy

NestKeep helps a landlord manage buildings, tenants, rent bills and payments. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data we handle

• Google account: your name, email and a unique ID, used only to sign you in and keep your data separate from other users.
• Records you enter: buildings, flats, tenant and family details, phone numbers, rent, electricity units, bills and payments.
• Photos and identity documents of tenants that you capture or attach.
• Aadhaar numbers are not stored. Only the last four digits and a one-way keyed hash (to detect duplicate registrations) are kept.

Where it is stored

Records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in a space only your account can access. Photos and documents are stored in the hidden app-data folder of your own Google Drive. We do not sell or share data, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To delete your data, remove the app's data from your Google account (Google Account settings, Third-party access) or contact us and we will delete your records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google. Access is limited by your Google sign-in.
